Who Has A Pet Guinea Pig? - Hardcover

by Jan Heng (Author), Su En Tan (Illustrator), Nicholas P. Adams (Designed by)

This book is based on the true story of Vinnie, a foster guinea pig who inspired his teenage owner to start an animal rescue. When Eleanor fosters Vinnie-a piggy found abandoned in the woods-his lovable personality turns a temporary stay into a permanent one. But when he suddenly falls ill and passes away, a heartbroken Eleanor is not sure she can ever care for pets again. Everything changes when she rescues two guinea pigs from a dumpster a few months later. Honoring Vinnie's legacy, Eleanor turns her grief into action by launching "Piggy Overnight Camp" to give homeless guinea pigs a second chance.
