Dear Bud: Letters from WWII from a Father to His Son - Paperback

by Michelle Seigei Spark (Illustrator), Lt Col Isadore Sparky Spark (Author)

During WWII, Isadore "Sparky" Spark served as a doctor with the U.S. Army. He was sent to Europe, leaving his wife and young son Ronald - nicknamed "Bud" - behind. To maintain a connection with Bud, Sparky wrote a series of short stories which were sent as "V-Mail" letters. This book gathers together these charming tales and presents them with a new introduction and illustrations by Sparky's daughter, Michelle.
